Shipping policy
1. Scope
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Esse Studio website, shipped exclusively via CTT, for deliveries within Portugal and Spain (Peninsula).
2. Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed, orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
During high-volume periods (holiday seasons, campaigns, launches), this timeframe may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times (CTT)
Mainland Portugal

CTT Registered Mail: 2–4 business days
Islands (Azores and Madeira)

CTT Registered Mail: 4–8 business days
Spain (Peninsula)

CTT International Registered Mail: 3–7 business days
All delivery times are estimates provided by CTT and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, holiday periods, or logistical delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the delivery destination.

5. Tracking
All orders are shipped with a CTT tracking number.
The customer will receive the tracking code by email once the order has been dispatched and may track the shipment directly on the CTT website.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Orders returned by CTT due to:

incorrect address,

incomplete address,
-
recipient unavailable or failure to collect the order,
may require payment of new shipping fees for reshipment.
7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Orders
If the order:

does not arrive within the estimated timeframe,

appears as “delivered” but has not been received,

arrives visibly damaged,
the customer must contact Esse Studio within 48 hours after the estimated delivery date.
The brand will open a claim with CTT and, once confirmed, will proceed with either a replacement shipment or a refund, as applicable.
8. Failure to Collect at CTT Station
If delivery is unsuccessful and the order is directed to a CTT collection point:

The collection deadline is determined by CTT.

If the deadline expires and the order is returned to the sender, reshipment will require payment of new shipping fees.
9. Changes After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address or cancel the order.
